Directions
Crack your eggs into a medium sized bowl and blend using the whisk blade. Next, grab a handful of cherry tomatoes and cilantro and blend using the multi-purpose blade. Add a bit of oil to a frying pan, add your eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and start scrambling. Add in your cilantro and tomato mixture and continue scrambling for a few minutes.
