Shipping Policy
Your order will ship in 7-10 Days from the date your order was placed. With COVID-19 some orders will have a 2-3 delay on top of this. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact support@mybamix.com if you have any questions about the status of your order.
We offer Domestic shipping, with exception to the following:
Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific
Return Policy
Bamix® of Switzerland warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 30-day return policy. This return policy is made by Bamix® only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Bamix® authorized dealers as shown by the original sales receipt. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts to repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this policy. If you experience any problems or have any questions regarding the operation of this unit, please visit www.mybamix.com. This return policy applies only to end-user customers in the United States and Canada.
If for any reason, you decide that our product is not for you, please create a return through the official channel via RMA Portal within 30 days from date your product was received. The system will automatically assign an RMA number, which is necessary for the rest of the processing.
- The costs for the return are to be paid by the customer
- The device as well as the packaging must be present in brand new condition
- The customer is responsible for all eventualities during the return shipment
- If import duties or other charges are incurred, they will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer
If you used any discount or promotional coupons, you will receive the full refund less the value of the promotional coupons. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the processing of your return.
If a return is requested after 30 days from the date received, a refund will be provided via an emailed e-merchandise credit to be used on a future purchase on www.mybamix.com. The e-merchandise credit will be valid for 1 year. If not used within 1 year, the credit will be voided. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center.
