Shipping Policy

Your order will ship in 7-10 Days from the date your order was placed. With COVID-19 some orders will have a 2-3 delay on top of this. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact bamixsupport@webcsr.info if you have any questions about the status of your order.

We offer Domestic shipping, with exception to the following:

Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific

Return Policy

Bamix® of Switzerland warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship with a 30-day return policy. This return policy is made by Bamix® only to the original end-user customer acquiring the product directly from Bamix® authorized dealers as shown by the original sales receipt. Any problems arising from misuse, attempts to repair, dropping or extreme wear are not covered by this policy. If you experience any problems or have any questions regarding the operation of this unit, please visit www.mybamix.com. This return policy applies only to end-user customers in the United States.

If for any reason, you decide that our product is not for you, please email us at bamixsupport@webcsr.info within 30 days from date your product was received. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and provide return instructions. Return shipping is FREE, except for parts and accessories. Items being returned must arrive in brand new condition showing no signs of wear and tear and must be free of any scuffs, dings, cracks, odors or scrapes in order to receive a full refund of the amount paid. To reduce the chance of damage during shipping, please review the re-packing instructions that will be provided with the RMA.

If you used any discount or promotional coupons, you will receive the full refund less the value of the promotional coupons. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the processing of your return.

If a return is requested after 30 days from the date received, a refund will be provided via an emailed e-merchandise credit to be used on a future purchase on www.mybamix.com. The e-merchandise credit will be valid for 1 year. If not used within 1 year, the credit will be voided. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center. Return shipping is FREE, except for parts and accessories. If you used any discount or promotional coupons, you will receive the full refunded credit less the value of the promotional coupons.
