DirectionsWash and roughly beak down the fresh broccoli, removing the stem. Bring the chicken stock, broccoli, garlic, salt and pepper to a boil in a medium pot, then reduce to medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes. When the broccoli cooking is fork tender, remove four florets from the pot for garnish later. With the remaining ingredients, take the pot off the stove and purée using the bamix®. Use caution as the liquid will be hot. Once smooth, pour into bowls and add a squeeze of lemon. Using the bamix® Multipurpose Blade, chop the four broccoli florets with the chives, then spoon in the middle of the soup. Serve immediately.
