First, beat the butter, egg yolks, and sugar with the bamix® whisk until foamy. Then, stir in the flour, ground cloves, cinnamon, and lemon zest and mix to a short pastry using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Now, place the dough in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out star-shaped cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven of 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
