Mix the honey, tomato paste and 5 tbsp of the oil with salt, pepper, paprika using the bamix® Grill & Chill with the multi-purpose blade. Spread the chops with this marinade and leave in the fridge for 2-4 hours. Mix the remaining 2 tbsp of oil with thegarlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and basil, using the bamix® Grill & Chill with the multi-purpose blader. Slice the zucchini in halves and add to the marinade for at least 1 hour.
Grill the chops for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 145֯ F. Then let the pieces of meat rest at a little distance from the glow. Place the zucchini on the grill, turning several times, for about 5-7 minutes.
