Falafel

Makes about 12 falafels. Add dried chickpeas to bowl or jar and cover with cold water. Soak overnight or up to 24 hours. After soaking, drain chickpeas and add remaining ingredients. Begin to chop with bamix®. Once fully chopped, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for an hour or two in the fridge. After letting the mixture sit, shape the falafel into balls using an ice cream scoop, a spoon, or your hands. If you are using a shallow frying pan, we recommend squishing the ball down to a patty shape, for a more even frying. Fry at 350°F for about 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Toum

Begin by chopping garlic with bamix®. Add water and continue chopping with bamix®. Slowly stream oil in, little by little, using the bamix® to emulsify the oil. Continue processing with the bamix® until completely emulsified, only adding a little oil at a time. At the end of the processing, add salt and lemon juice and stir.

Hummus

Combine all ingredients and blend with bamix® until smooth.

Baba Ganoush

Combine all ingredients and blend with bamix® until smooth.
