Using the bamix® with the SliceSy®, carefully process all the ingredients for the dough until a smooth, elastic dough has been created. Cover and allow it to rest for just under an hour. The dough has reached twice its volume at this stage, is shiny and does not stick. Flour the dough a little, roll it out to about 1cm or slightly less and cut into 15 equal strips. Sprinkle cheese on the strips of dough, place a hotdog on top of each one and roll up at an angle. Press on the ends of the dough a little and place hotdogs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Blend the egg with salt and brush it on the pizza hotdogs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Mix the sour cream and ketchup using the bamix® with the whisk attachment and serve with the pizza hotdogs while they are still warm.
