|2 tsp||canola oil|
Peel pumpkin, dice pulp and place into a saucepan, on medium heat. Add about an inch of water and cook with the lid on for 5-10 minutes. Once soft, remove and place into a mixing bowl. Puree using the bamix® multipurpose blade, while slowly adding canola oil.
