Directions

Setup the grill with charcoal for direct and indirect heat or preheat your gas grill to 400 degrees. Cut the tails of the shrimp and add the shrimp to a bowl with the eggs, panko, garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flaked and soy sauce. Chop the shrimp mixture using the bamix® Grill & Chill with the meat and vegetable blade. Form four patties with the chopped shrimp and set aside to make the aioli.

Add the mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime juice to the thermo beaker. Blend until smooth with the bamix® Grill & Chill with the multi-purpose blade. Set in the fridge while the shrimp cook on the grill.

Place the shrimp patties on the direct heat of the grill for 4 minutes per side, then remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Place the sandwich buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until toasted, while the shrimp burgers rest. Spread your desired amount of the aioli on the bottom of each bun, then the shrimp patty. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as tomato, avocado and lettuce.
