Pre-heat a frying pan to medium heat. Chop the bacon in the beaker, using the bamix® with the meat and vegetable blade. Pan-fry until crispy. Collect the bacon grease, let it cool until lukewarm.Add bacon grease and whip up with the butter until creamy, using the bamix® with the whisk attachment.
Pluck the parsley leaves, add to the fried onions and bacon and chop finely, using the bamix® with the meat and vegetable blade. Add the parsley, bacon and fried onion to the butter and season with pepper and salt. Set in the fridge for at least one hour and no more than 2 days. Place on the steak of your choosing.
