Directions

Deseed the serrano chili. Squeeze the lemon and lime in the beaker with the deseeded serrano chili, garlic clove, cilantro and olive oil. Mix all ingredients using the bamix® Grill & Chill with the multi-purpose blade Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Marinate the flesh with the herb, pepper mixture for about 1 hour. Grill the avocados 5-8 minutes on both sides. Server warm with your favorite salsa.
