Cut the peeled beet into quarters. Using the bamix® with SliceSy®, cut thick slices of the beet. Add the beet slices and all the other ingredients to the beaker. Using the bamix® with the multi-purpose blade, blend until smooth. Enjoy cold and with a sprig of mint. 

Beets are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beets have numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow. Combine that with the additional vitamin C from the carrots and strawberries, then the additional potassium from the banana and stomach soothing ginger, you have a comforting and nutritious smoothie.
